Just an unlikely blog of my car and whatever has to do with it... I have to admit that up to now, the car was just that. Now the car is like a new family member!!!
05-17-09: After consulting with the people 'in the know' on these kind of shots, they gave me some great advice that I tried to put into practice.

05-29-09: Another nice day at the office and then bam! it gets nicer: the unique in Latin America Cusco Zero-2E with eCON for the 350Z... only 5 units made it to America and by 'questions of fate' I managed to grab one and hold it.
The eCON is actually coming from Japan as it was not on the original shipment, so a few weeks we will wait.
One more upgrade to the list and one more box to the storage! I sure need to get this over with soon!

07-06-09: Lots of stuff have arrived in the last few weeks, but it is until today that I feel like wow!!! The Alliance BBK got here in two heavy boxes (over 70lbs each!) and I was totally elated.
These are really state-of-the-art forged aluminum 8 and 6 pot calipers matched to massive 15 inch rotors in the front and 14 inch rotors in the rear, with anodized aluminum hats to match... simply awesome style and I seriously doubt I will go wanting for quality and function.

07-12-09: Yesterday we spent the afternoon and part of the night *a good part at that* installing the new system... definitely a 3 hour job or so, but we took about 9 hours since we were extremely entertained talking about lots of stuff and had plenty of visitors on the workshop taking a look at the goodies.
Today I took the car for a spin and to get some much needed cleaning... A lot of fun and these things are stopping really nice... I will really need to be careful about sudden braking from now on.

12-25-09: A lot has happened since the last update... got the clutch and flywheel, the eCon is here as well.
Most important, the Forced Induction project is a go and we will be working on that during the early 2010.
Now January means business for putting together everything I have at home right now, so the Z will spend some time at the shop :D
